1. Program Overview

Your Precision Power Washing Services LLC offers SMS messaging for appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support communications.

Messages will be sent from a messaging number owned by Your Precision Power Washing Services LLC messaging number, which may include a 10DLC long code, toll-free number, or short code.

Message frequency may vary depending on customer interaction. Up to 8 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@yourprecisionpowerwashing.com.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by completing the web form at yourprecisionpowerwashing.com/sign-up.html and checking the SMS consent checkbox. By doing so, you are providing your express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Your Precision Power Washing Services LLC.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to our SMS program in order to purchase any goods or services from us.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month, though the actual frequency may be higher or lower depending on your interactions with us.

4. Costs & Rates

Message and data rates may apply. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Your Precision Power Washing Services LLC does not charge any additional fees for participation in the SMS program beyond standard carrier messaging rates.

We are not liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. SMS message services are provided on an AS-IS basis.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of our SMS program at any time using any of the following methods:

• Text STOP (or any opt-out keyword listed above) from the mobile number you wish to unsubscribe.
• Email us at support@yourprecisionpowerwashing.com with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line and the mobile number you wish to remove.
• Call us at (855) 200-3610 and request to be removed from SMS communications.

Once you opt out, your mobile number will be added to our suppression list and no further marketing or promotional text messages will be sent. Opting out does not affect any other services or communications from us (e.g., email, phone calls) unless separately requested.

Our SMS program is available on most major US carriers. Participating carriers include, but are not limited to:

8. Data & Privacy

Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS program may include your name, address, mobile phone number, your carrier's name, and the date, time, and content of messages exchanged with us.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with our SMS technology service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf, and those providers are required to comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Your Precision Power Washing Services LLC will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is outside of our control.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue this SMS program at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to amend these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting of updated Mobile Terms at this page. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
